Please fill out the reservation application and we will send you a PayPal invoice for a non refundable deposit to complete the reservation.

One a deposit has been received, you may change or postpone your reservation for alternate dates up until 30 days prior to the retreat. The remaining balance of the retreat will be due 30 days prior to your retreat start date and is also non refundable. If the participant cancels 3 times, the deposit will be forfeited. Also, once payments are processed they are non refundable.

Travel insurance is strongly advised for unforeseen cancellations or shortened trips. Pura Vida Veterinary Wellness and Wildsun Rescue make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of participants. We will provide information and tips on personal safety from injury and potentially avoiding theft in the area. e.g. don’t leave your purse unattended on the beach while you’re swimming. However, we are not responsible for any injury, property damage or loss which may occur while attending any activity or while travelling in and around Costa Rica.

By submitting the reservations form, the participant declares that they have read and agreed to the full terms and conditions as well as this statement as written and intended.
